Summary - By ordering with Dttgraphics you acknowledge you have read the terms and policies. Orders must be paid in full before print or beginning an order. Abandoned orders not followed up after 30 days will be canceled without a refund. Orders cannot be changed after the order has been placed and the design has started. Errors found after you approved the order for print or completion cannot be changed because it will already be in production or completed. All changes must be made before you approve the sample proof design. All turnaround times are estimated and start after the order is paid and approved for print or completion. Printing orders cannot be split. For example: You cannot split an order of 100 postcards or business cards into 50 cards with a design and 50 of another design when you ordered 100 cards. You will get 100 cards of one design only. If you place an order for an amount of a product it will be for an individual item only. You cannot split it up. If you select an item for "print-only" but require any changes to a design or you need design, we will send you an invoice to pay for the design or you will have to provide a design for print. All designs submitted to us for print will print as-is. If your file is not set up properly with the correct dimensions, we will email you and request you send us a new file. Please make sure your images are high resolution for print. Otherwise- you risk your print being blurry. We are not responsible for the images you send us to print. If you place an order with us online or via email and you do not follow up within 30 days regarding your design or any changes to it, we will assume your order to be canceled. At that time we will cancel your order. No refunds. All payments are processed through Square. You do not need an account to make a payment. All turnaround times are estimated times. All custom design work is property of Dttgraphics - All copyright and rights are reserved. If you wish to purchase the design artwork / Graphic design service - then the artwork will be your property at that time with full rights to the artwork. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping company (ie: FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) it is not the responsibility of Dttgraphics as to what happens with your package(s). It is also your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during the order process. Any shipping issues should be directed to the shipping company. We are not responsible for shipping address errors. We are not responsible for weather wear and tear or any wear and tear of products as this is not in our control.
Sending a design - Print-only items will go directly into print with no changes to the design. We will update your account with the tracking number and/or email the tracking number to you.
