RETURN POLICY

If by any chance you receive a damaged item or have an issue with an item you have purchased, I will work to remedy the issue if it is at the fault of my business. I am not responsible for courier damages or environmental damages after delivery etc. I am responsible and will remedy any printing issues but not errors or typos found after your order was approved for print. All changes must be made before you approve your order for print. Quality concerns will be case by case evaluated. Proof via picture is required. Due to the nature of the products and services offered, there are no exchanges or refunds possible. Digital products can receive revisions but only before approval of the final design. I will work to ensure your satisfaction in any reasonable capacity.
