Order online, via email, via text message, via phone or in our office. After that, we will receive your order and start customizing your design. Next, we will send you a sample proof to review. You can make changes to it until you approve the design for print or completion. Then your order will be processed for completion (or print). Once it is completed it will ship (if applicable) or you can pick it up. We will then send you the tracking number(s) via email for shipped orders.
IMAGES YOU SEND US:
Please be sure to send us images (pictures) that are high resolution. You can check to see if it is a high-resolution picture by zooming into the picture to see if it becomes blurry order not. If it is blurry, it is not high resolution. If you are OK with the resolution then we can continue with print beyond the proof/sample process. It is your responsibility to review the resolution. We will inspect the file during the sample process on orders that require design by us. If you are sending us "print only" files, we will contact you if the file you sent us is improper. You can decide to move forward or replace the file.
All turnaround times are estimated. It can take faster or in some rare cases, it can take longer than noted. This can be due to bad weather or other unforeseen events preventing normal production time. We always work hard to get your items to you on time. We ship for free. We are not responsible for UPS, USPS, or FedEx issues during the shipping process as we are not affiliated with their companies.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:
When we receive your order, we start it right away. Therefore we cannot cancel your order due to the nature of the products/services we offer. You cannot change your order after you place the order because we process your order immediately.
You can request a quote online or via email. Please note all quotes are valid for 30 days only after you have received it. Quotes are only valid to the customer it was given to as the quote is generally a custom order.
No store credit allowed.
We own the designs and not the customers that order print products as we are designing you an image and not full rights files. Therefore we cannot send you the design files - we can send you low-resolution jpg files for social media purposes.
We normally ship with UPS or FedEx. In some cases, we may use USPS. Please refer to their websites for their policies on shipping. We ship from New Jersey in most cases. We ship via Ground shipping for Free which normally only takes 1 business day to reach you. Please note turnaround time includes shipping time as well. There is no difference.
ISSUES WITH ORDER AFTER RECEIVING IT:
If in the unlikely event you have a problem with your order after you have received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We must hear from you within 3 business days after you have received your order. There is a process involved in resolving the order issue. We will need pictures of the issue - if it is physical damage. Please note if the issue is a design error after you approved the design we cannot resolve that issue because you already approved the design. We can reprint the order by you placing a new paid order. All changes to the design must be submitted before you approve the design.
BRANDING / TAGGING / ADS:
We brand/tag/place a small ad on the designs we design for you on all items except business card designs. These cannot be removed. This is how we are able to provide such low prices.
WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES:
We design all website design services on a web builder/hosting platform that allows you (customer) access to the account. Account access will allow you the ability to edit your website as you please and allows you to manage your own website hosting and domain services. We only provide the initial design of the website and you have the option of ordering search engine optimization and other elements when you order website design.
