We have 24/7 phone and email customer support. However, we are a small business and it would be very time consuming for us to review details over the phone. It is much easier for you to email us everything that way there is no mis-communication and we have everything in front of us in writing when working on your order. We want to provide quick service, so less time on the phone means more time processing orders fast.
All orders have different turnaround times. Generally Business cards, Postcards, and most products will take 3-6 business days. Typically it will take 2 days to print and 1 day for shipping to you. All turnaround times are estimates. Brochures, menus, and forms like receipts, contracts, and invoices will take 5-10 business days. We do not count the weekends or holidays in our turnaround time.
No. We are an online business just like Vistaprint, Amazon.com, or eBay and other online businesses you are familiar with ordering with.
Yes. Nothing has changed since we were in the storefront. We are the same. We operate everything the same. Same sample process where you see the sample via email before and same turnaround (which is now actually a bit faster than before). The same great quality as well. We keep your designs on file so you can get the same item printed - no problem.

We have low prices because we have a mission to offer affordable products with high quality and with a reasonable turnaround time. By us operating online we save money in other areas that allow us to provide lower prices to our customers. We also do wholesale prices (large quantity prints) that allow us to give lower prices as well.

You can trust us because we have been in business since 2009 and have zero complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB.org) or anywhere online as a matter of fact. We are in business to stay in business. Therefore we take every order serious (big or small) and try our best to give you a seamless experience so that you can become a returning customer. All the sample work you see on this website or on social media are REAL customers. We have plenty of satisfied customers. If you are still unsure, you can order something small like business cards and give us a try. If you like it - in which I am sure you will - you can order more things from us. Also we offer samples. So if you want to see a sample of paper texture before you order, we can supply that as well.
You can pay online or we can send you an invoice. The invoice we send is through PayPal. PayPal processes our credit card transactions. We do not see your card information at all nor can we store it because we do not see it. The only time we can see your card info is if you need to pay by phone in which you would give us your card to process your order manually. You can also send us a check written out to DttGraphics.
